It's been a big start to the year here at VTS. We're very excited to announce that Q1 was a record one for our company for a number of key reasons.
- Square footage growth: We saw a 116% increase, year-over-year, in square footage managed on the platform as commercial estate landlords and brokers accelerated their adoption of VTS.
- New and expanding clients: We were thrilled to have leading landlords including UBS Asset Management, Berkeley Partners and World Class Property Company adopt VTS as their solution for leasing and asset management. Also, Ivanhoe Cambridge significantly expanded VTS across their office portfolio
- Key new leadership position: We expanded our leadership team by hiring seasoned Silicon Valley marketing exec, Amy Millard, as our first-ever Chief Marketing Officer.
In an announcement, Nick Romito our CEO and Co-Founder commented on this momentum:

Introducing Amy Millard, our new CMO: we convinced her to move across the country to join VTS!
Amy Millard brings nearly 20 years of marketing experience to VTS and has spent the majority of her career building revenue-focused business and marketing strategies at enterprise software companies in Silicon Valley. Most recently, she was CMO at Spigit, the largest provider of ideation management software with over 6.5 million users across 500 global firms. Amy’s prior positions include Vice President of Marketing at Support.com and Vice President of Marketing at Hearsay Social.
